Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal period:
The period during which the consumer may exercise their right to cancel the contract in accordance with UK consumer law.

Consumer:
An individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business or profession.

Continuous contract:
A distance contract for the supply of goods or services over a period of time.

Durable medium:
Any medium allowing information to be stored and reproduced unchanged for future reference.

Right to cancel:
The consumer’s statutory right to cancel a distance contract within the applicable period, subject to the exclusions set out in Article 8.

Article 3 – Scope

These terms apply to all offers, orders and distance contracts between Soho Collective and the consumer. The terms are made available electronically prior to purchase.

Article 4 – Offers and Product Information

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability. Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes; minor variations in colour, material or finish may occur and do not constitute a defect.

Article 5 – Formation of the Contract

A contract is formed once the consumer places an order and receives confirmation by email. Soho Collective reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary for legal, security or operational reasons.

Article 6 – Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Soho Collective in writing via email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Article 7 – Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Soho Collective reserves the right to:

  • deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and condition of the goods

  • refuse refunds for items returned in worn, damaged or incomplete condition

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed (including underwear, swimwear)

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Items that show signs of wear, use or damage

  • Products returned outside the statutory cancellation period

Article 9 – Prices, VAT and Duties

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Where goods are shipped from outside the UK, customs duties, import VAT or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Soho Collective is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

Article 10 – Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
The estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days, depending on where you are located. 

Delays caused by logistics partners, customs or external circumstances do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation beyond statutory rights.

Article 11 – Conformity and Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality.

The consumer must notify Soho Collective of any defects within 14 days of delivery.
Normal wear and tear, misuse or incorrect handling are excluded.

Article 12 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via email. Soho Collective aims to respond within 5 working days.

Article 13 – Intellectual Property

All website content (including images, text, branding and design) is the property of Soho Collective and may not be used without written consent.

Article 14 – Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of England and Wales.
