All payments are processed securely.
All orders placed before 11:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be processed the following working day.
Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days.
During peak periods or promotional events, delivery may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier’s system.
If your purchase did not meet your expectations, please contact us at info@sohocollective.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Once your order has been confirmed, it is processed immediately and changes are generally not possible.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it.
